The practice has undertaken numerous structural inspection reports for domestic and commercial clients addressing varying areas of structural concern. Typical issues considered include cracking and bulging to walls, roof spread, damp penetration, subsidence movement, assessment of existing structures and condition of structural elements etc.
Structural design calculations and drawings suitable for Building Regulations approval and construction purposes are regularly prepared by the practice including consideration of ground conditions, design of foundations and superstructure design in most common building materials.
The practice undertakes structural design with reference to relevant codes of practice, utilizing computer design software and AutoCAD for production of drawing information. All work carried out is undertaken or overseen by a fully qualified member of the Institution of Structural Engineers.
The practice serves both the domestic housing market and regularly carries out work on small to medium sized projects for commercial and industrial clients including projects within the retail, education, healthcare and leisure sectors of the industry.
